On Sunday (10/10/10) we threw Kaitlyn an 8th birthday party. So hard to believe my baby girl is 8. We rented a bounce house (always a favorite for the kids) we had about 10 of Kaitlyns friends over. The weather was perfect. The kids were jumping, and having a great time. I got in there for a little bit,and the kids thought that was great. Ron and Ronnie got in there with the kids also (that was a hoot) I got a really cute cake (pink and purple) with a peace sign (she loved it) Ron bbqd hamburgers and hotdogs, there was potato salad, and chips. I bought this cool sparkler that was a # 8 too put on Kaitlyns cake. She really liked that also. People started leaving around 4:30.
Kaitlyns friend Cami ended up spending the night (no school the next day) I asked Kaitlyn how she liked everything, and she said it was "an awesome birthday"
I sent little beaded necklace making kits as the party favor (that was a hit) Let the clean up begin
