This afternoon I went a registered Kaitlyn for Kindergarten at Greentree Elementary. The people seem to be very nice,so that was a good sign. Basically it was an orientaion about how to register and upcoming events. One neat thing they gave me was a cookbook. In Auguest there are several activities scheduled before Kaitlyn starts school. I cannot believe my little girl is starting school. When I left the school I felt a little choked up that she will be starting school in a couple of months.It's all good stuff so I am happy about it.
When I got home shortly after our friend Deann Barnes came for a visit, she is here in Houston for some work related training. It was so great to see her again. She was the one that got Ron and I too go on our first date. She is a good friend from our Orcon days.
Ron made his famous salmon, we had rice pilaf and a green salad. Ronnie and Kristen came over also. This is our 3rd dinner party in our new house, and I love having people over. What a busy day.
